STEVENS EPTM TPO Roofing Membrane System
Stevens TPO (Thermoplastic Polyolefin) roofing membrane is a leading global roofing membrane product manufactured in U.S.A with over 1 billion square feet installed worldwide. It is formulated from a proprietary compound of ethylene propylene rubber and polypropylene.
Stevens EP TPO membrane is an environmentally friendly roofing membrane that provides outstanding weatherability, fire and chemical resistance, strong reliable seams, with no plasticizers to leach out and embrittle the membrane. Moreover, light colored TPO membranes reflect the sun’s rays to reduce cooling costs and save electricity.
The most important benefit of Stevens Roofing Membrane is its installation versatility as it can be installed year round over any type of deck without removing any existing corroded / damaged roof.
The STEVENS EP Advantage
The Material: Stevens EP brand of TPO gives you a durable, versatile roofing solution you can count on for years, tested and proven in more than a decade of real-world conditions. Stevens EP combines the best performance characteristics of EPDM and PVC, without the limitations of either. It provides superb weatherability and superior chemical resistance, all without plasticizers that can migrate out and leave the membrane brittle and vulnerable and it won’t support growth of microorganisms. Stevens EP is also among the greenest, most environmentally friendly roofing products you can buy. There are no plasticizers or chlorinated components used during manufacturing, and no hazardous by-products or noxious fumes during installation. And because it’s compatible with all common roofing materials and substrates, it is suitable for new construction and retrofit installations alike.
Installation: Stevens EP can be installed year-round over any type of deck. Tough, reliable hot-air Versatility welded seams create a monolithic bond that can be even stronger than the membrane itself. Stevens EP can be adhered, mechanically fastened, stone or paver ballasted. It can also be installed on almost any roof design, including barrel vaults, domes and saw tooths, and as part of our Garden Roof system.
Support:
From before the job commences, right through the life cycle of your roof, you can count on Stevens Roofing Systems. Eversendai’s personnel have the knowledge, training and experience to provide a customized range of services to meet your particular needs, from roof evaluation, recommendations and design support to annual inspections. And we back our products with a variety of membrane warranty options from 5 to 20 years.

Save Energy, Save Money
Saving energy is more important today than ever before, and in most geographies, the right roof can save thousands of dollars in energy cost over the product’s lifetime. White Stevens EP membranes have been shown to reflect heat and have a positive impact on energy costs.
Since the mid-1980s, Stevens has been an industry-leading proponent of the benefits associated with white roofing systems. Many studies have shown that white and light-colored roofing products reflect the heat of the sun, while dark colors absorb it, making a big impact on energy use.
