Dubai Festival City (DFC) is situated along the eastern bank of the historic Dubai Creek, one of the world’s oldest seaports, located just 2 kms from Dubai International Airport.

DFC spans across both land and water for a stretch of 4kms across the creek, and is further distinguished by canals, waterfalls, pools and fountains.

Festival center which is about 2.4 million sq.foot meeting place located at the heart of DFC designed for the people of Dubai to shop, dine, relax and live. It consists of a spectacular Marina with Yacht side mornings, interactive canal and water taxi transport, Boulevard with 20 international flagship stores, Festival square, a venue for world class entertainment and performances.

Moreover it is going to have a waterfront promenade, over 400 retail outlets and over 100 international restaurants.

Eversendai’s scope in this project lies in the city core, which houses most of the shopping and entertainment malls, cinemas and restaurants.
