Valued at 586 million, the Kingdom Trade Centre is a major breakthrough for Eversendai into the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. It is a double honour for us, as a Malaysian company, to win the contract against the stiff competition against leading multinational contractors.

Standing 300 metres high, the Kingdom Trade Centre will comprise of a 5-Star Hotel, Offices, Retail Shops, Residential Suites and Conference Facilities. It is an architectural masterpiece that will be the tallest building in Saudi Arabia.
