DUBAI, MAY 3, 2017 – Eversendai Offshore adds another feather to its cap with the load- out of their first GustoMSC NG-2500X Self Propelled Jack Up also known as Liftboat named ARYAN. The Engineering, Procurement, Construction and Commissioning (EPCC) company has been showing positive trends despite being in the sluggish Oil & Gas market, winning several other Oil & Gas related projects in the Middle East. The load-out of the ARYAN is a significant milestone for the company that has ventured into the Oil & Gas, Offshore and Marine industry only recently.
Eversendai Offshore was established in 2013 as a wholly owned subsidiary of the reputable Eversendai Group. “The load out of ARYAN today marks an important milestone for Eversendai Offshore. It goes to prove that the business diversification plan that the Company and Eversendai Group has taken is on the right path,” said Narish Nathan, CEO of Eversendai Offshore. “We are also pleased to note that the building of the lift boats in our Ras Al Khaimah fabrication yard has achieved commendable a Health, Safety and Environment record with no injury down time. This was only possible with the experienced and well-managed team in Eversendai Offshore,” he said.
The Company was commissioned to build 2 liftboats by Vahana Offshore, an operator and service provider for offshore activities. “We appointed Eversendai Offshore to build these 2 liftboats due to their impressive fabrication yard in Ras Al Khaimah, UAE and the Eversendai Group’s reputation in delivering high-quality products,” said Tan Sri A K Nathan, Group Managing Director of Vahana Holdings. “We are glad to be in a working partnership with the young, innovative and energetic team behind Eversendai Offshore,” he further said.
The liftboat ARYAN is targeted to be delivered to Vahana Offshore in the third quarter of 2017. Narish Nathan notes that building these liftboats in their Ras Al Khaimah yard has provided his company an excellent track record. “This is the maiden voyage into building liftboats for us and we are particularly proud of it because we are the first organisation in the industry within the region to complete the full detailed design and engineering for liftboats. This accomplishment highlights our significance in innovating, excelling and sustaining in new frontiers,” he concluded.
